Summary: The facilities and the staff themselves were wonderful, however we specifically booked this hotel because of the pool , but didn’t feel comfortable do to a large group using foul language, playing loud music . Around 10pm just as my family and I were laying down to sleep, there was a loud, violent argument in the room across the hall, that spilled into the hallway outside our room. It sounded like several individuals. One of my children has special needs and was terrified. The fight then went outside. We were on the 3rd floor and could still hear everything. The police were called. Suffice it to say, we did not sleep at all and now have a 9 hour drive on 2 hours of sleep. I know the hotel cannot control its patrons, this was just horrible.
